Group Fitness
Our group fitness classes provide what you need in one hour. The programming is suitable for every level of fitness and experience, and the coaches closely supervise each session, making it like personal training at a fraction of the cost … and you get to train in a community that cares about your successes as much their own.
A 613 Fitness membership includes all of these services at no additional cost.
Our signature program here at 613 Fitness! The purpose is simple; create well rounded fitness, in a fun, inclusive and encouraging atmosphere. Whether you are new to exercise or a seasoned weekend warrior or athlete, these engaging one-hour classes will help you move towards your fitness goals. Our expert coaches will guide you from start to finish and ensure you are moving at a pace that is right for you.
613 Fit
Strength and power are integral parts of any effective exercise program. Not only are they essential for bone and joint health, they are also effective ways of burning fat. Our 613 Lift class builds on the strength training provided in our 613 Fit classes and provides you the opportunity to hone your technique on the more technically demanding lifts. Whether strength is an area you have neglected, or you just enjoy lifting weights, this class will help you improve your strength, power, and movement quality in and a safe and fun environment.

Cardiovascular fitness is essential to your health. Enhancing oxygen delivery and your body’s ability to use it will improve athletic performance and your quality of life. It decreases the likelihood of cardiovascular disease, stroke, type 2 diabetes, and many others illnesses and disease. 613 Engine is an aerobic conditioning program that focuses on your ability to sustain work output. Building your cardiovascular system will make your feel great and truly improve your health and performance.

Our 613 Partner workouts are similar to our signature 613 Fit classes with the exception that the workouts are completed with a partner! These engaging and challenging workouts are a great way to meet members of the community and build your team work skills!

613 Throwdown is a chance each week to do some lifting and an intense workout with your coaches and fellow athletes alike! Expect workouts that will challenge both your skill and strength.

One of the biggest challenges many of us face today is the amount of time spent sitting. While it is a requirement for most, it is incrementally limiting our range of motion. Back pain, neck pain, and poor posture have unfortunately become the norm. Our 613 Mobility program is designed to create better moving bodies by increasing functional flexibility and stability through the use of dynamic bodyweight movements and foundational gymnastic exercises.

Get your kids active and your teams ready. A pursuit of a healthy lifestyle begins in early in life. Most kids do not meet the required levels of physical activity for even the most basic requirements of health, and it gets worse as they get into adolescence and young adulthood. Our mission with 613 Kids & Teens is simple: to help shape your child’s lifelong definition of health and fitness by pairing training and fun so that they will build habits to last a lifetime. Using activities that kids naturally enjoy, the 613 Kids Program provides a fitness program that is safe, fun, and energetic. In addition to learning new skills, you will notice your child has greater confidence in themselves and their abilities, is more focused in school, transitions to new sports more easily, and has a reduced risk of injury.

We all wish that we could find the fountain of youth. What we can find is livelihood through activity. As you age, it becomes particularly important to do resistance, power and aerobic training. You need to sustain balance, mobility, reaction times, strength, bone density, mental acuity, and cardiovascular health if you want to have good quality of life into the golden years. Even if you haven’t been training, it’s not too late. Join us and see how amazing your body is at adapting regardless of your age.
