Is the gym just not your scene?

If you are missing out on all the value of exercise because joining a gym isn’t for you, we have you covered!  We have taken our training system and made it available to you to complete on your own time, in the comfort of your own home.

Here is what you can expect from our 613 @Home Program:

  • 5 workouts delivered to you each week via our unique training app.

  • Each 45 minute session, will provide you with warm-ups, mobility work, strength exercises, and conditioning.

  • Sample exercise videos and workout explanations will ensure you are always clear on each training session.

  • Email support from our expert coaching staff will support you in your training and answer any questions you may have.

In order to get the most out of this program, here is a list of equipment we suggest (but is not necessary) that you have:

Barbell, weight plates, skipping rope, a set of dumbbells, a kettlebell and a pullup bar.

Whether you have specific training goals, or you are simply looking for something more personalized, 613 Custom will deliver you at home workouts, created specifically for you and to your goals.

  • Sample exercise videos and workout explanations will ensure you are always clear on each training session.
