OUTDOOR TRAINING GUIDELINES
Yes, things continue to look a little different... but, hopefully, with time, we'll get back to the way it was before.
Until then, we ask for your patience and understanding in helping us to follow the Ministry of Health and Ottawa Public Health guidelines.
Please follow the following instructions when you or your child is coming to train OUTDOORS with us:
Make a reservation ahead of time by clicking HERE. You will not be permitted to train if you have not registered before arriving at the gym.
Training is set to a maximum of 16 participants.
Before leaving for the gym please complete the COVID 19 self-assessment online: https://covid-19.ontario.ca/self-assessment/
Arrive in your gym clothes. Please bring your own water; the water fountain is not to be used.
When you arrive, if there is another class going on, please remain away from the class, and maintain social distancing.
Chalk can no longer be supplied. You are welcome to bring your own if you wish.
Only one at a time in the washroom. Showers are not permitted.
If you need to enter the building to use the washroom, please put on your mask, and sanitize your hands. We will NOT be providing PPE.
Clean your equipment before and after your workout.
Masks are NOT required when training outdoors.
